Cold spells continues in the north India as the Leh in Jammu and Kashmir remained frozen at minus 13 degree C, Churu in Rajasthan was the coldest in plains with 4.4 degree C while a team from Centre today visited Tamil Nadu to assess the damages caused by the Cyclone Vardah last month. There was still no respite from cold weather conditions as temperature remained below freezing point in Kash.....»»
